    Generally Techions from around the globe will response within the given SLA's. In case if doesnt then Teckiy SME's will work on this.

    Techions doesnt have access to close the ticket.Ideally users should has to close the ticket. In case if user doesnt update the ticket for a week, then Teckiy SME's will take a control & close the ticket.

    Techions always welcome to submit the new answer. But techions doesnt not have access to add a comment to another Techions answer's. Only Users and respective Techions for a given answer should have accesss to add a comment.

    Response time for HIGH Ticket : 15 to 24 hrs
    Response time for URGENT Ticket : 8 to 15 hrs

    Teckiy's world everything related to points. For any tickets techions resolving, respective points will be added to techions account. But for Urgent/High or $ related tickets techions will get points along with $ value. Techions could withdraw those points as a $.
